Greatest Man in history, had no servants, yet they called him Master.
Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher.
Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer.
He had no army, yet kings feared Him.
He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world.
He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him.
He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.

Hero to the rescue

If you've a child, you would want the child to look up to you.
If your child asks you to solve a problem,you would want to rescue him/her like a hero to the rescue, so that he/she can be proud of you. Likewise, your Father in heaven is so eager to rescue, bless, guide, help...you.

Ask in your own way

God knew your beginning & aslo knows your end.
He knows which road,decision,response....you should take that would bring joy, fulfilment & upliftment.

Obedience

.....It is better to obey Him than to Sacrifice the best sheep to Him. Rebellion against Him is as bad as witchcraft,& arrogance is as sinful as idolatry......-1 Sam 15:22-23.

In order to live an acceptable life we should always have in our minds dat the life we live doesn't belong to us.
We are to take care of it till the appointed time when the Owner decides to take it back.

Actions & Consequences

Sometimes we ask why God allows bad things to happen & forget that most of it is due to our actions which have consequences.
We're not robots, because we have the gift of making our own choices.
Cain had a choice to make but followed the path of hatred-Gen 4:8.

Limiting ourselves

Sometimes we underestimate who we're & limit ourselves from achieving great things, because we focus so much on earthly things.
We were made in the image of the One who created the world & everything in it.
The Spirit was part of creation & He has freely given us His Spirit, therefore you have the power in you that brought about the universe.

Tests & Faith

John 11-The story of the death & resurrection of Lazarus.
Despite Jesus could have prevented his death, He waited in order to glorify God & for them to believe in Him.
Sometimes we go through situations that seem to be getting worse & God may be testing your faith, like in the story of Lazarus to show His greatness.

How a mother watches her baby playing and knows the next action the baby is going to take and determine whether it's going to be dangerous or not is how our Father watches over us & warns us by our conscience

Doing the right thing

The more we sin, the more we give the devil the chance to control us & to do whatever he pleases, because  then we're at his under his control.

Agreement

In law, making an agreement involves two people and it's binding on them, in such a way that if anyone of them defaults, he or she is liable.
If we want our prayers to be answered, we make an agreement, whereby we play our own part in other for the agreement to be binding, if not we're liable.

Make the best out of what you have

Some people focus so much on the things they don't have, which distracts them from the things they have & the opportunities at their disposal which those things will acquire. The fact is that there are people who crave for what you've & if they could lay their hands on it, they would make so much progress.

Being imperfect doesn’t disqualify us from serving God; it just emphasizes our dependence on His mercy. But it doesn't dispute the fact that sin is bad and punishable.

Listen

When we're in a conversation with someone, we speak & the person listens. Likewise, the person speaks & we listen. Most of the time we speak to God but don't spare the time to listen to Him.

Weakness

Admittance of vulnerability brings the ability to understand, learn, move forward and possibly teach.

For Him to know your darkest secrets, to tell you which number is ascribed to the hair strand that falls from your head, sees how your food digests....

Our words

In our encounter with people, we should be mindful of our words, for our words can either damage a persons future or uplift a persons spirit. The best way to handle a mistake is through tender correction not scolding.

Hope

Things are happening that we can't explain-disasters, destruction, fatalities.
What people held on to, believed in, lived on, wiped away.

Believe in Him, don't doubt!

Imagine I go to the Queen of England; at her request for me to ask for anything I want & it would be granted, and I say, 'My Majesty, I don't believe you can give me £1'. She would be insulted & I would end up with nothing. When you pray don't doubt, the God who made it possible for you to wake up this morning & even knows what you need before you ask, will surely see you through.

Remembering God’s goodness is a good cure for doubt-Our Daily Bread.

But your Father is actually the President of the World, therefore you have authority over the things on earth. Nothing can oppress you, nothing can control you, as long as you know the kind of authority you have.
